A wooden mountain boulder with the Alpine flora, carved and decorated in Italy (Val Gardena) by local artists. The region is famous for its handmade statues, reliefs, nativity scenes and many other works of art made of wood. Since the 19th century these artists have been making sculptures and carved altars for Catholic churches all over the world.
