Step 1 - Product selection

• browse the list of categories or use the search bar to find the desired product,
• next to each product you will find detailed information about it,
• remember that registered Customers can save products in the storage,
• once you have found the product you are interested in, add it to your cart,
• when your order is complete - proceed to the shopping cart.

Step 2 - Contents of the shopping cart

• in the shopping cart you will see precisely which products you have selected and in what quantity,
• change the number in the "quantity" column and click on "recalculate" to adjust your order,
• click on the "minus" icon to remove products from the cart,
• choose the delivery and payment method that suits you,
• if you have a discount voucher, enter it below to receive a discount,
• confirm your choices by clicking on the "order" button.

Step 3 - Placing your order

• if you have an account in our store, enter your login data and click on "log in",
• if you do not have an account, select "register" or skip creating an account by clicking on "place an order"; remember that registration will allow you to enjoy many benefits, including::
  • viewing your order processing status and purchase history,
  • no need to re-enter your details on your next purchase,
  • the possibility of receiving individual discounts and promotional vouchers.

• enter your first and last name and address details,
• to have your order shipped to a different address, select "different shipping address" and enter the required details,
• if you wish to receive additional information about the processing of your order, write it in the "comments" field
• after clicking on "Summary" you will see the complete information you have entered,
• by clicking on the "Place order" button you confirm your purchase,
• receive an email and click on the order confirmation link.

Remember that registered customers can track the status of their orders in their account.
